Primus don't have call set up charges.It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... There has always been a min charge or connection charge to a call with BT.
Remeber BT is a business and is there to make money the same as any other business.
I dont think your MP will lose sleep over 7p.0
