Water Under Garage Door

In th recent extreme weather conditions, I'm getting rain water in my garage, it gets in under the garage door. The water is getting over the flood prevention strip at the entrance to the garage, bummer.
Aside from lifting a row of my monobloc and installing a drain, has anyone any tips for a quick fix? I tried to buy white sand bags recently but couldn't find any, all builders merchants only had hessian bags. Any other tips? All comments welcome.
Many thanks.

Need more info please.
Is it Wind driving?
Does it run under?
Is there a slope towards the garage? is there any blocked gutters?
As much info as possible please

I have this problem with an old garage used for storing wood, garden stuff
Its an old open and over metal door. I get a slight bit of water running in but not a lot.
I was thinking of fitting a storm guard consisting of a piece of wood drilled into concrete floor and running some mastic along so teh wood doesn't rot.
I have seen some garage storm guards and they are not cheap.
I have one fitted to another garage and its made of plastic several rims running along but it easily gets broke so I am out of using that as I need something that can take wait of a wheelbarrow/lawn mower over0 -
If you put wood down use hardwood. Use some preservative on it .
Possibly with a bevel on each side so it allows the wheel to run over better. If you went to you local timber merchant they may well machine one for you.If you know a carpet fitter they may well have a thresh hold strip that could do?The measure of love is love without measure0 -
It sounds like your garage door lacks an adequate drip sill along the bottom edge, allowing the rain to run underneath. I used some plastic edging from a bathroom shop, the stuff that fits between the wall tiles and the bath. If you cut it to length, you can then screw it to the bottom of the garage door ( you might get away with just sticking it on using the adhesive strip) to throw the rain away from the base. You can also paint it to match your door using gloss paint.0

Have a look at the garagedoorguru on ebay, he does some heavy duty rubber floor seals.0

Lots of people selling sandbags on ebay, buy a few and get some sand from a local builders merchant that will act as a quick fix until you decide on something longer term.0
