Sony KDL 20S3070 - Bravia 20" LCD Tv in Pink

Hi,

Does anyone know if these TV`s are any good, I know Sony have really good reputation so thought would be ok.
TV is for Xmas for daughters bedroom.
In John Lewis and M & S these TV`s are £399 yet Tesco £249 they seem to be the same TV unless I`m missing something. I know M & S and JL offer the 5 year insurance but Tesco is £150 less!!
Can anyone help, is there a catch, are they the same?
Any help and advice will be much appreicated.

I have the S3000 for our bedroom. The picture is very good, with no issues.

If Tesco are selling them at that price I would buy it.

Thanks, Tesco`s looks like the same TV but they don`t have the model number just Sony Bravia!! don`t want to end up getting something that is discontinued. But £150 is a big saving.

Another Q plese, our downstairs TV runs off Virgin Cable the upstairs ones have an indoor ariel - to get freeview for her which is on this tv will I need a new ariel.

Just wondering now if anyone knows if its the same telly in all the shops, I cuppose I could order it from Tesco and wait until and see what is on the box

Thanks for looking, I`ve ordered it - if its not what we want can return it to the local Tesco. Didn`t want to miss out just incase its the same as M & S and JL. It will be my luck its an old model or something... but miracles happen sometimes, so got fingers crossed.

Just wanted to let you know it is the same model in Tesco. However, noticed on the M & S site today they have reduced the price to £299 this includes a 5 year insurance the Tesco one is still £249.

Do you think its worth paying an extra £50 for the cover? not really sure what to do. Thanks

£10 a year seems like a deal to me.
