Ebooks on eBay?

-Is it ok or legal to sell ebooks on eBay?
Please can you direct me to eBay's policy in this regard.
I think you can sell your own cds or dvds so long as it's not a copy!
-If I list an item on eBay, am I obliged to sell it to the winning bidder/high-bid at the end of the auction no matter how much is the final value? Do i have the right not to sell it at that price. I know there is something called "Reserve price" but I mean listing the normal way without this option.
I can't find info about it in eBay's website.
Many thanks in advance

ebooks are a bit of a grey subject to eBay, however the good news is that they allow you to sell them.
You should however have permission from the copyright owner to do this.
You don't HAVE to sell anything, this is a common misconception, as you will be branded a retailer, you may be aware that it is your right to refuse any sale. However this will have a dtrimental impact on your feedback rating so I would complete the sale after all, ebooks hardly cost anything and you get around 100% profit on them or more so overall you will always be 'up' on your money.Treat others as you would like to be treated :A0 -
If you are very new to ebay then the selling tutorial (go via the ebay home page) will probably be a good idea to answer some of the more basic questions.
As for selling, whilst no one can physically force you to sell something after the auction has ended with a winning bidder, you would, as xincoxide has already said, not last long if you did that. A buyer can go through the non performing seller process against you for not completing the sale, and even one non performing seller complaint on a brand new account might be enough to get you suspended.
The best way is to just start the opening price at the mimimun amount you are willing to accept for your item, any less and you risk making a loss.
However, as well as doing the tutorials on ebay I would also suggest that you try out ebay as a buyer first to build up a little feedback.
