I bought a bedspread online and they sent me a completely different one, because the one I wanted was out of stock (even though their website said otherwise).
I sent it back and it took 4 calls and a whole month to get my money back. Every time they would tell me that the money would be refunded after a couple of days but it only did get refunded when I spoke to the Manager. Never again!
