Worrying about Tax, Fuel and Airport Tax from Singapore

Hi,
We are travelling from Singapore to Koh Samui with Bangkok Airlines next month.


The cost of the tickets were approx 750 Singapore Dollars

I have just noticed that on the tickets it says Tax and Fuel charge and also Airport Tax to be advised. Does anybody know how much per person this amounts.

Why don't you contact Bangkok Airlines (or whoever you booked through) for current information?

No extra tax from Singapore. Samui has a 300 baht domestic airport tax on departure.

The airline is Bangkok Airways. They own Samui airport so they can charge a private domestic airport tax.

But since it's an International flight, only the standard 700 baht International Airport Tax should apply and that should be included in the price of your ticket.

Can you show me the breakdown of costs as printed on your ticket?

On my ticket is says:

2 x 350 750 dollars

Tax and fuel surcharge to be advised.

Airport tax to be advised.

Service Fee: NA

Total 750 Dollars

In addition, how does 2 x 350 = 750?

Maybe you left out too much info in your original question and subsequent replies?

Your seats are 'M' Class and S$278 each way. S$299.50 inclusive of Airport Tax. Add another S$3 for Insurance and S$88.50 Fuel Surcharge.

No correlation with your figures at all.
