Dear All
A recent visitor has managed to pull my shower door off its runners - it's one of those with 2 straight sides and doors on curved runners and on one door the wheels on the bottom have come out of the groove. I can't for the life of me figure out how to get them back in. Can anyone help?
thanks

There is usually room at the top for the door to be lifted or levered up enough for you to get the wheel on.
I would suggest it is a two person job and to go steady at it.I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.0 -
Yes, there does seem to be a bit of give at the top - but as you say, I will need another body, so won't get done today. Oh, well, at least I can spend the rest of the day cleaning the bits in the groove you can't usually get at - such excitement"When I get a little money I buy books; and if any is left I buy food and clothes" - Erasmus0

bumping for more advice please - there isn't enough play to do as suggested above and the wheels seem to be bigger than the space between the top and bottom retainer lips - how on earth do i get it back in?

Hi
Depends on the make .
Some are designed to come out to clean the track/rollers. (spring loaded)

Hurrah, hurrah - indeed they are - and if you suddenly have a very tall friend who's seen it before, they go back amazingly quickly. Good to know as the track WAS filthy.
