Best Card In Thialand Abbey or Nationwide

In his blogg Martin says that the Abbey Zero credit card beats the Nationwide card whislt abroad. If there are no charges on the Nationwide card how can the Abbey card be better.

Is one card better for some things and the other better for others.

Is there anything I need to be careful of when using either of vthese cards abroad.

Many thanks in advance for amy advice

So do you mean use a credit card or Debit card.

Do you mean use tne Abbey Credit card for things like Hotels and the Nationwide one for getting cash.

Is this the best way to get hold of cash.

Abbey or Nationwide CC for purchases. Nationwide DC for withdrawals. If you start another thread on this board concerning this single trip, you will be reported for spamming the board.
You must know your behaviour is ludicrous.
Especially as some of your questions border on the ridiculous.

Without wishing to sound stupid.....Whats the difference between Abbey CC and Nationwide debit card. Is it just the protection with the CC.

if you havent applied for a abbey credit card dont bother, 5 months ago I applied was accepted and told card is in the post, only wanted it for a holiday in September and its still not arrived. Called last week to be told that they had cancelled the application as they never got my signed form back, even though they had told me 4 times thet had and the card just needed to be printed. Not the only one this has happened to Abbey are in a right mess.

You need an Nationwide debit and credit card, the debit card to get cash from the ATM, the credit card for everything else.
