Cleansweep Internet sweep????

When I start the pc I keep getting message Cleansweep Internet sweep unable to start the WOW monitor.

can you please tell me what this is and do I need it, If so How can I correct the problem.

    Its a part of Norton try live updates if you have Norton, If no Norton
    it maybe a left over bit of Norton that was uninstalled or out of date.

    Thank-you, I did have norton and it has taken me along time to try and uninstall it. Thought I had just got rid of it with reg cleaner, but like you say I must Have a bit left somewhere.
