Recently got turned down online for a Marbles CC, and a few days later had HFC on the phone offering me a Marbles "Splash" card, at slightly higher rate of 19%. Same 0% for balance transfers, and decent limit.
I tried do do a google search for "Splash" but could find no details. Perhaps thats just a HFC term for a slightly higher risk borrower?

Yep,
I couldn't find any info on this card either - anywhere on the internet!!
You may well be right, particularly if the APR looks to be higher than the standard card.
