Downlading Files in IE

Thanks in advance.. but..
I seen to remmber a setting in IE (or windows) which limited the number of similtaneous downloads of files.
I have one PC that will let me only downlord two files at a time, the other does more than 10.
Can any one point me in the directions of where I change those settings.

Thanks Intel, I have looked at that, but i am sure that last time i did it via a check box somewhere.. ... could have been an add on program I surpose..The only place where success comes before work is the dictionary…

Maybe this then its a registry fix download and scan with your AV
