Standard door mat size ?

I will be creating a mat well in what was my old porch soon and was wondering if there is a 'standard' size for a door mat ?
Have had a look around and they seem to be made in lots of different sizes. I think the most common is 75cm * 45cm (30" * 18") - does anyone have an opinion on this ?
