Query: 0% on purchases - does this mean I only need to pay the minimum?

Hello!

I have just received a brand new card with 6 months 0% on purchases.

Right now, I have spent about £2000 on the card (all on purchases).

Do I have to pay off the full £2000 this month, or just the minimum repayment to avoid interest charges? I'm not sure how this all works, but from the stoozing articles I've read on these forums, it seems like I only have to pay off the full balance at the end of the 6 month 0% period? Is this right?

Thanks for your help!

You set up a direct debit to pay only the minimum payment.

Then you check the end date with great care and arrange to pay off just before the end date. Use care, sometimes the end date is the date of a statement and if you pay on the normal payment day you'll be charged interest from statement date until payment date.
