This is not a dig but I cant understand how you managed to get so much new credit so quickly.
You cant go bankrupt again until; it is 5 yrs since you last went bankrupt.

I hope that you can get help with your addiction.
Your GP should maybe be your first port of call.
Will you be able to pay your debts(ie monthly payments) after the house has been sold?

How about posting on the DFW forum, they are just as supportive as here and could help with your budgeting idea ect and give you lots of encouragement too.Dx

Not sure a GP will be much help. it's a lack of will power, knowledge and responsibility and living beyond your means.

Did you come from a poor background? What goes through your head when signing yourself up to more debt?

Are you insecure or have esteem issues? Buying a shiny car on tick suggest low self worth to me or a need to keep up with the Jones.

Do you have a good life otherwise? Are you happy? Is the spending making up for something missing in your life?
  • Wow! What's this, the inquisition?? Those aren't really questions that should be asked on this type of forum, imo, ixwood. A GP can refer to counselling and addiction services, which is what the OP appears to need. And if those questions need to be asked and answered, then a counselling service is the appropriate place for it.

Well done, bevstar, for recognising your problem and coming clean about it. CBx
