  • The spam button on its own won't do much as this isn't a very busy thread, but reporting it will bring it to the mods' attention.

I was under the impression that spam is removed automatically after a certain number of people press the spam button?

Nope you need links with the mods. Hence the stop smoking thread (can't recall her name but she was anti e-cigs) would always get the e-cig posts (or even just my posts - they thought I was a troll LOL) removed after a day or two as they had links with a mod. No amount of complaining about a post misremoved can help when they have links with a mod

  • It'a arrived. It says on the box that it's a CE6 Electronic Cigarette. There's no instructions included at all. I'm just going to try this out to see how I get on. I'm now charging the battery and I have a glass liquid well tip separated from the battery/main body. This glass 'well' has a tip which may be screwed off. Do I unscrue that and fill it with e-juice or do I fill it from it's base? (I got some nicotine e-juice yesterday from another vendor. I hope it's compatible with this e-cigarette). There's also a rubbery plastic cap which is removeable. I guess I remove this to smoke. Yes, you get what you pay for. Next time I'll try something better.

Oh....I see that the seller I purchased the E-cigarette has had this item removed:
"This listing was removed by eBay. If you've already paid for the item, we recommend that you wait 10 days from the expected delivery date to see if the item arrives. If you didn't pay, you're no longer obliged to pay for this item. If you have a problem with the purchase, you can resolve the problem by opening a case in our Resolution Centre."

    He/she does have a 98.8% positive feedback.
  • I think you guyz shared very good tips and I don't like to smoke so I am happy that I am not addicted of smoking.
  • Yeah ... Ecigs is better than cigarettes, most very much of advantages (Include tobacco kills)..

The problem with e cigarettes is that they are very new, and there is no regulation whatsoever concerning what can be put in them!

Now - compared to actual cigarettes that are full of toxins, the probability is that they might not be as bad. But NOBODY KNOWS and as there is no regulation of them, it could well vary wildly between brands.

It's easily possible that one type might be pure water vapour, and the type next to it on the shelf is a cocktail of poison.

Do not kid yourselves that they are a 'safe' alternative!
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.
  • (Sorry, have tried searching this long thread and can't locate what I'm looking for!)

Have been vaping for 6 weeks or so and impressing myself and those around me. In the last couple of days I've had a soreness/swelling on my gum close to where I habitually put the mouthpiece. It's not a hard swelling, more blistery, with some bleeding when I brush my teeth.

    Any ideas, please?

See a dentist. There are dozens of things it could be , all of which can only be diagnosed by someone who can see you.

Best to see a Dentist. years of smoking can cover up gum disease and it's only when you stop that the damage becomes apparent :(
