Small regular savings.. Best place?

Hi,

I save a small amount every month which is to cover things like car/bike repairs, presents etc so I need to have instant access to it. It's around £200 - £250 a month. I looked at Martin's tips about the new Tesco saving account (vouchers would be very handy!) but it looks like you only get a bonus at £1000 and I wont have that much in there. Can anyone recommend a high interest account?
