Anybody managed to do this properly on a servis washing machine? Ive got the new seal and removed the old one from the machine but been trying for hours and cant seem to get the new one to fit....cut fingers and grazed knuckles ive decided its beaten me for today! Probably a simple technique to it but im out of luck.
Any help would be appreciated as im totally lost now. Or if anyone knows anyone in the south wales RCT area who fixes these any idea of how much it would cost to fit it for me???

Try covering the new seal in washing up liquid before trying to fit it. This makes the seal slide into place easily before refiting the securing mechanism,it worked for me0

Have you taken the lid off the machine? Turn off power first.0
