I recently sold something on eBay and I sent by SD to cover myself against loss. A week after sending I have two eBay messages threatening to 'report me to eBay' as the item hadn't arrived. Checked online and no POD showing for the item so, panicking a little, I rang RM who then sorted out the missing POD, emailed it to me and it is now viewable online.
The buyer had signed for the item the day after it was sent themselves and, when I reminded them of this, came up with the lamest excuse ever for 'forgetting' they had done so . (The buyer never actually raised a dispute - just threatened.)
My problem is, the buyer is using her account, on which s/he sells too, to buy several of the same type of item - the link between them all now is that they all have delivery below £1, so are obviously going untracked. Is it worth me contacting the sellers?
Also, is there anyway I can leave feedback (albeit positive) which highlights my experience with this seller - she did pay fast, but then threatened a fraudulent INR. I have already emailed eBay and PayPal explaining what has happened.
Thank you

I think that sentiment may have come across to them in the email I sent explaining that I had the POD :A
