the pro rata offer is only £8.66. I have over £19k of debt and only £229 to split between them.Cats don't have owners - they have staff!!

thakns, i've got an interview on Weds, so fingers crossed - though it is for less money and hours than i do now so i'll probably then have to send another letter stating the changes.Cats don't have owners - they have staff!!

Well, what a surprise from Wescot! i received a letter at the weekend accepting my pro rata offer!! :j After reading what g*ts they can be about accpeting offers i was expecting more of a fight!
Only thing is it's been about 2 weeks since i sent the letters and only Wescot have replied! How much longer should i leave it to send another letter reiterating the pro rata offers?Cats don't have owners - they have staff!!

Personally I would just pay the amount you have offered in your pro rata letters.
IMO you have send them letters saying you can only offer xxx and thats what you have. If any of them decide to be fnny and take you to court it looks better if you have offered a sensible amount and stuck to your offer by payoing regularly.MF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/2000

2-3 weeks is standard.
You could phone them to chase it but...- don't use 0870. The CSA members list is a good source of contact numbers.
- do dial 141 to 'block' your number
- do insist on charges and interest being frozen
Good luck!0 - don't use 0870. The CSA members list is a good source of contact numbers.
