Double glazing quote

Hi

I wonder if someone could kindly give me a quote on how much I expect to pay for installing double glazing at my flat in South London

The approx dimensions, in cms, are

90 x 78
44 x 38
92 x 45
68 x 45

Also I'm on the second floor and I think that a tower/scaffolding will need to be setup to help installation. How much is the additional cost?

as a rough guide id say 1.5k to, say 3k for london.

We are having new double glazing installed in our 2-bed flat in London. This is 11 windows plus a double door leading onto our balcony and the total cost is £4400. Since yours is only 4 windows I'd say between £1000 and £2000 is probably realistic as a rough estimate. You can do a post code search for local companies on the website checkatrade.com. The companies listed are vetted by checkatrade plus customers can post reviews. We got two quotes and there was only a few hundred pounds difference between them.

Ours is a first floor flat and is quite high up but we were not quoted anything extra for scaffolding, BTW.

try sidcup windows...very good been about for years......no messing with the price...no discounts coz the day of the week has a d in it, etc if you get my drift.
