Travelodge Gatwick - dining info please.

Is there anywhere close to Gatwick T/lodge to get something to eat in the evening. We'll be staying there one night without a car. Will we need to get a taxi to find something to eat? If so, can you recommend anywhere? Not too expensive;)
I have done a search on the forums and can find a restaurant mentioned within T/lodge but the postings are dated over a year ago. Can someone give me more recent information; please.

Havn't stayed there for a while but I think it has a bar/cafe in house. There is also a pub which does food quite close by..down the road past the runway threshold (turn left at the mini roundabout just past the virgin building.)Timmay!0

We stayed here last month and the restaurant serves food till quite late (10.30pm approx). Food and bar prices were reasonable.0
