    Evening all!!!

    well, if I say so me-self-my roast was loverly tonight-did myself proud!
    And then, the pumpkin pies after were a hit as well! I did the 'resting' of the joint thingy as Gordon/Jamie/Huge FannyMarketstall all say to do and the pork was gorgus! Sooo tender.

    (and the cracklin was lush too-forced myself to put it in the bin before I ate the whole peice and spent the next 2 days sh!tting myself silly) Maybe one day I can go on masterchef-armed with my Aunt Bessie bags of frozen cheat food! lol
