The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

Got out the wrong side, "Bully" Baz? Ahhhhhhh, shame.

If you took the trouble to read the op, (which is the posters first ever on MSE), although Vegas is mentioned in the title you would have seen it was a request for help over currency, and not Vegas specific at all.

You don't have to post any reply at all, but if you are going to, why not just try and help instead of just being a badmouthed jobsworth/frustrated traffic warden?

And shame on stoneman for clicking the "thanks" button in your post.

It wasn't the OP I was referring to, it was the others asking for tips. The OP question was fine, but even then theres a bloody great big US currency thread.

As for the rest of your reply, if people don't use the resource in the proper thread, then it wont get updated. If you actually bothered to read the Vegas thread you will find that trets has spend a considerable amount of time making it probably the best internet resource for UK travellers to Las Vegas. You use it or lose it. If people are so rude as to ignore it then he wont bother to update it.

And please let me know where I badmouthed anyone? And were was I rude and foulmouthed too? Is it the wrong time of the month or something? If there's anyone on this thread being rude its you.

We really don't need another thread asking for tips on Vegas. Simple. And yet the thread continues.
  • it's great when i look back in here . i realise i was right to not bother contributing any more.
great big threads with titles ignored and still the usual stupid questions.
good luck to those of you who still try.
