electric blanket

hi

i have seen a electric blanket with 3 setting at lidl and it says on the packing that it uses around 60watts per hour.

i want to know does this sound correct as i thought they use alot more and would this be the 60watt for max setting, so the least setting should be around 20watt.

thanks in advance

That seems about right. Our one only has 1 setting and says 60 watts.Don't forget its not 'on' all the time as the thermostat will keep it at a relatively constant temperature.
