    A word of warning when contacting Boots - Call them as they don't reply to e-mails @ the moment - they say they are very busy and so are just taking phone calls. They will reply but it will take around 2 weeks - great ::)

    08456090055 - Once you get through they are very helpful. If you haven't been sent your free item on your 3 for 2 then you will get it on buy one get one free instead - They are usually very fair ;)

    I had to ring them on Friday about an order that was split into 3 parcels. I received parcel 1 on Thursday and the other 2 on Friday but there was no invoice, no soft toy vouchers and 3 items were missing. The person I spoke to said he would have to contact the warehouse as the parcels were still showing as being processed. I'm still waiting for him to ring me back.

    I think they may be having problems too. I placed an order last week. Got the order received mail, but not the confirmation mail :-/ also, ordered a BOGOF item and there was only one in the box, but 2 listed on the invoice, rang them up and 50% of the item price was refunded the very same day ;D do feel a little guilty though .... they were charity xmas cards :( hope the charity still gets the same amount :-/

  • Normally works, did last time on the 10% off day, use code HFDM48 and receive another 10% off.  We had quite a few happy moneysavers on that day  ;D

    Think they have cottoned on to that one now - keeps saying "Sorry, but the promotional code you have used is not valid at this time"

    Just worked for me on a 40GB iPod, though I think they're excluded from the automatic 10%-off offer (not actually buying one, just curious).

  • that 10% discount code appears to work only on items which are excluded from the additional 10% they are offering today and tomorrow.
