  • Be careful when buying the 3 for 2 gifts online. When I placed an order all my things were in stock, but when they delivered it they had cancelled one of the 3 for 2 gifts because it was out of stock.
    So I ended up being charged the same amount but minus one gift worth £25.00, so I sent the whole order back.

  • Rember to read the terms and conditions first. There are a lot of exclusions - computers, entertainment etc.

  • Normally works, did last time on the 10% off day, use code HFDM48 and receive another 10% off. We had quite a few happy moneysavers on that day ;D
  • So could you use this 10% off day and then use a 10% voucher too!?!?!

  • >:( I personally will not use Boots.com again until they sort themselves out after the fiasco with the PS2's and lack of any info or help from their customer support.
    I alo ordered stuff last week and paid extra for it to be delivered on a particular day. Surprise surprise it doesn't turn up. So another 20 min phone call to customer support who tell me it is with the carrier.
    Didn't pay £4.50 for the carrier to have it. Eventually get my delivery back.
    Only when I do get the parcel I find out I would have got that anyway.
    Then today to top it all I went to use points and as I have gotten them from .com I have to get my points total updated at the machines. So a 30 mile trip as local store don't have a machine to find points are not there.
    SOOOO another 20 min call to customer services to find out that advantage card numer they have is not mine.
    I have had the same card and number since it started. I have shopped at BOOTS.com loads of times yet strangely the last twice the advantage card no is different. Bit of a strange one as I have never interfered with any of theses details.
    So yes you guessed it another 5 day wait and another 30 mile trip to get points updates so I can spend them.
    Boots used to be really good but after the latest fiasco I won't touch them till they sort themselves.
    I have never met a calorie yet I didn't like!!

    Ditto, had same problem, have sent " emails now to them complaining, they have not replied to any, the order is going back monday if they dont reply..

    And they are still advertising the stock!!!

    Do you think it excludes dig cameras? it doesn't exactly say dig cams but do you think thats part of entertainment? I didn't want to order then lose out
