Icici customer service?

I made a mistake with my password (used my clue and then forgot that it was all numbers). I made this three times so my password was suspended. I phoned up and asked for a new passnumber to be sent to me. Three days later I missed a call from them. So I phoned them up but noone knew anything about the call I'd missed. I've not heard anything from them since. It's well over 10 days now. I'll phone again, but this is getting on my nerves.

    I do wonder if us "rate tarts" may not be making a mistake with ICICI Tom. I posted yesterday about my inability to access my account at a time when I had boosted the opening fifty quid to a grand. I am saying that I don't know if the grand has arrived, it has certainly left our current account! I wonder how long I would leave that money deposited, with this poor access, before either boosting the deposit to an amount that would make the monthly interest difference between it and Egg, say, worthwhile, or attempting to close the account and get the grand back.
  • I hope I never have to deal with ICICI customer service. I apllied 3 or 4 times on the net to change my linked current account but nothing happened. When i phoned they were even more incompitent so I just decided to leave it as is.

    Thing is, I've got £1K sat in the account at the moment.

    I've just phoned them up. Crackly line, barely audible woman. After being put on hold for a while, she's just come back and told me that the account details are not available at the moment.
