My isp is blueyonder.
Problem today is that I am continually receiving the same 9 emails, and as fast as I delete them, they keep coming back in a continuous loop.
I have accessed my webmail from the blueyonder website and the 9 emails are there in the inbox-but just the once for all of them.
I have tried blueyonder help desk and although they have had big problems over the last few weeks with people including me unable to access their mail, they couldnt really help.
Any ideas techies??

Delete them from webmail, and make sure you have no email trying to be sent out from
your outbox to you email address on the PC and also dont reply to them....
Do you know where they came from.0 -
Deleted them from the webmail and it has stopped the loop.
They were all from known senders so I dont know what it could have been.
Thanks for your help0 -
The blueyonder problem with getting in a loop has been reported by quite a few people that Ive heard of, so your not the only one, and Iam sure that it is related to blueyonders email access problems.
The newsgroup support have been telling people to do what Intel suggested and delete from the webmail solves the problem, but there's no guarantee it wont happen again.
Ive never use the telephone support as I find that the online newsgroup support is a lot faster and more, from what Ive heard, more efficent, I have never had a problem with them.
Telewest dont like to admit there's faults in any of their sytems they have, no matter how many people tell them. (especially the broadband spped increases).I no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.0 -

As I type I have just got off the phone to Telewest regarding my phone
service as an engineer came out and inspected the pit outside my flat that
carries all the phone lines this was done on weds the 7th, I had no calls to let
me know what was going on.
So I just phoned them and they told me that the engineer said all was fine
well it isnt, as the lid doesnt fit on the pit, and its broke on one side thus it
fills up with water that kills the phone line.
I dont think its the call centre ppl or customer services I think
its down to lazy engineers who cant be bothered to fill out a report.
Another engineer is coming out on friday, so best get my camera at the ready.0 -
The service they have is great when it works, but when it doesn't its a right pain.
Ive been having intermittent disconnections to my internet for the last 2 years, they told me on and on that it wasn't a fault.
Eventually on the second engineers visit (after finally convincing the online support), he checked the outside cable and found a short, arranged for it to change and its never been a problem since.
The previous enginner assured me it was just a problem with the signal strength, had a quick play, it worked fine. He went away and a littlw while later, same problem.
Thew second engineer was great and couldn't believe that the first one hadn't even checked the line.I no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals.
