Not getting my shell drivers club petrol vouchers
I have not received my Petrol vouchers from Shell Drivers Club. The points were allocated to my account correctly and been converted to £4.50 worth of vouchers. I first contacted Shell by email about this at the beginning of September and on the 11th September I was advised:
"We would like to inform you that your 700 points have been redemeed in return to £3.50 worth of money off fuel voucher. You should be expecting your voucher within a week time. If you do not receive your statement with your voucher attached please contact us so we may proceed. "
I emailed them again on the 20th October telling them that I still have not recieved my vouchers and received the following, very unhelpful, reply:
"Thank you for your correspondence regarding the Shell Drivers’ Club.
We are pleased to confirm that your vouchers have been sent out and should have been with your already. We advise that you contact your local postal agency.
If you have any further queries please visit our website at www.shell.co.uk/driversclub or email driversclub@shell.co.uk . Alternatively, Shell Drivers’ Club Customer Services are available on the telephone number, 08459 006 008."
I rang them and was told that they were posted at the beginning of September. I was told that they will add me to the list of undelivered vouchers and they may reissue the vouchers or refund the points back to my account.
Has anybody else had this problem?

yes i did, it took me almost a year to get £40 from them,so i wish you all the best of luck.
keep emailing and emailing and emailing. eventually you will get something,but like me not all you should have got....work permit granted!0 -
I suspect it's a bit of a con like most of these schemes. I have checked my shell account I was supposed to be awarded extra points for September using a bonus voucher that was mailed to me. No bonus points have been applied to my account for using this bonus voucher!0

I have had a similar problem, the communications I got back from Shell made no sense at all.
I've decided to boycott shell completely because of this and buy all my fuel at Tesco: the Clubcard points are a much better incentive than Shells' offer. Lots of other people here have been conned out of points too, I've lost out about £30 quids' worth, Shell have lost out on about £4000 a year business from me because of this.0 -

ive done the same,i never use a shell station now, i put in around £100 every week and always use tesco for thier clubcard points too....work permit granted!0
