Unauthorised Transaction - What to do?

in Credit cards
Hello Frugal Fellows!
Three months ago, I signed up to an online DVD rental place - No standing charge, no membership fee - you just buy credits and get dvds sent to you by post (cost per dvd=£1.90 regardless of how new the film is. You can keep them until your credits expire - great, no?)
Anyway I'm meant to be moaning about them...
I made sure that they did not have an automatic renewal on our account and even rang up to make sure that was the case and was assured that extra credits would only be purchased at my request and the auto renew option was not (and is still not) selected in my account settings.
Today, I have noticed that they have charged my card with a further £20 AND sent out three DVDs to me.
Now this was clearly an unauthorised withdrawal but I do still want to use them because their service apart from this is good. I have emailed them (no phone No on their website) Should I contact the disputes dept at the credit card co?
It is made more tricky in that I will be receiving three dvds tomorrow...
I need some guidance!!
Ta!

The fact you are receiving 3 DVDs shouldn't sway you here - if someone took £10,000 out of your account without permission and said "we're sending you a Ford Focus tomorrow" would that make what they've done any more acceptable?
"Well I've got the car now so I don't really wanna complain..."
If you did not authorise the transaction then ring your bank and tell them that.0 -
Good point, well made.
I just wanted somebody else to give credence to my thoughts.
