Pinecone surveys

It's fine to download the plugin. Artistscope is a well know package for viewing files and their plugin is available through several trustworthy sites. One thing to note is that if your using Trend anti-virus it may pick it up as being a trojan virus but this has been confirmed by Trend as a false positive meaning although it says it's a virus it isn't.

I trust Pinecone but I checked it out before I downloaded it. Not a nasty.

I have downloaded it too but when I went into the survey it just said 'thanks, no more questions' or words to that effect. I presume it was just to register to pinecone that you had done it.

Yes, same here. Although the link also closed down internet explorer several times as well!

After downloading this and restarting the pc I'm getting dns error on internet explorer a lot of the time. It has got to do with this download. If I go back with the arrow it will go to the page sometimes but not all the time, its constantly doing this. I didnt download the plugin to firefox and no problem with that
