you need to put your paypal details online and also send them a seperate email confirming the details

this should then be done by the time you get your next survey
  • I've received my first survey and completed it. The questions they asked weren't difficult at all. HOWEVER, they've emailed me and said that I didn't complete it even though I SAW the last screen saying that I'd get the payment. How could this happen??? I replied to their email since then but no reply from them. Not a good experience.
  • I had my first survey last night, nice and easy - was for a new concept product... towards the end it asked me if I would be prepared to test this product... I ticked yes and also ticked that I agreed to to keep the product a secret...

Should I now expect to receive this product or is it just a case of 'incase they need me' sort of thing? Sorry to ask but it's my first one and it wasn't very clear!

It is 'just in case' - don't be waiting for a parcel to arrive each morning!

Has anyone downloaded the new plug in pinecone have sent out? I havent installed it yet as I don't like installing things I don't know about on my comp. It seems if you don't download it you cant do the surveys with them. This is part of the email

As a member of PineCone Research, you will be asked to participate in studies with a new product picture format.
Please use the attached link to find out more and begin the test. The process will take less than a minute and checks your system to see if you are able to receive the new picture format. You will be prompted to download ArtistScope’s CopySafe Web plug-in in order to view the new picture format. AFTER DOWNLOADING THE PLUG-IN, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO LOG IN TO THE SURVEY AFTER THE DOWNLOAD IS COMPLETE.
    Thanx
