my wife will be 60 next year in september she is on incapasity benefit untill then she will only have basic pension when 60 her mother has passed away and left her house to her she is thinking of letting this out to help her have more income as she will only receive basic pension will this afect her basic pension

It won't effect state retirement pension or any other non-means tested benefit. It would effect any claim for a means tested benefit eg pension credit.0
