I am on a roll today, crawled out of lurkdom to actually post some messages!
I've been reading the warning's thread and I'm a bit depressed after that so I thought I'd post a nice thread to balance it out!
I bought a biiiig bag of sweets from a classy shop (nah, it wasn't, it was Poundland!) for the neighbours kids along with some other bits. The sweets where individually wrapped and one of the bubble pockets was missing a sweet. I love a good moan and being an MSEr I like to watch the monies so I rattled off a letter of complaint, attached the sweet wrapper and thought nothing else of it.
A couple of weeks later, I got a lovely apology letter and a biiiiiig bag of sweets! Bless them! I honestly didn't think they would take it seriously as it was a bit of a pish take on my part. It was only a sweet! Still I can't fault their customer service so :T to Sweet Cred Ltd!
