Welcome - about 40 people on this thread are in the same position as you. If you PM theFury you will be added to 'our' list. Have you rung KE recently to check whether you are on their spreadsheet for missing payments? If you read back through a few pages on this thread you'll get an idea of what's going on. And there are lots of us here who have had our payments in the last few days who are 'hanging around' to support those who haven't

Hang in there! Mine literally came through in the last 20 minutes, so it's worth checking your account again this evening. Make sure they put you on The Spreadsheet - I wasn't until the 2nd time I rang. And although they say to wait 48 hours after calling etc, it doesn't hurt to ring them earlier than this. There's also an alternative geographic number you can ring instead of the 0845 one - it's 0115 983 6332. A bit cheaper, especially if you get free minutes!

You're not alone - there are still a few of us getting the runaround with you:
I have my issue escalated to a team leader, but what bothers me is the best I've been able to secure is 'you should get you funds into yr linked account tmoz'. 'But' I say, 'I 'should' have had it Friday (3 full working days). And 'should' have had it Monday(4 working days). Now you say 'should' be Tuesday which would be 5 working days?? But I had BACS from Northy Rock in 2 days 29th + 30th.' So it's 'the runaround' !'m getting still..... And asked how they knew it wouldn't hit my account today (it was 4:00ish), but they can't tell me when it will - they couldn't tell me... arghhhh

I'd given up, but, go on then, one more check... 45k left 8th Oct by CHAPS, now arrived in my Halifax a/c. phew.
