Just wanted to say thanks for everyone's help. I finally managed to get the deal after going into a fourth store and the manager even let me do a straight swap with fifa for a wii play. It seems some managers will allow it and others won't so persevere!

Great deal, thanks OP. I had to contact 7 branches before I found one that had any stock, the sales assistant wouldn't swap Fifa 09 but I was still very grateful to get such a good deal.

I went to BB on Friday night and this offer was still on. Assistant wouldnt swap the Fifa 09 but still a bargain.

Had to try four stores before i got one and called them all in advance. 1st shop said they didnt have any and werent getting anymore. 2nd said they were out of stock and the offer had ended, 3rd said they were only honouring orders for people who had come in before thursday. Fourth shop said they were getting ten more in that evening so would be no problem. Am well chuffed. :j

Is BB the best palce for trading games as i want to try and go back and trade the Fifa game for something else.

Thanks Snowbrow, my OH bought me one for my 40th birthday.

I managed to get the Fifa swopped for the Wii Play to get the extra remote. I just said "My friends have bought this package from another store and swopped the Fifa for the Wii Play as they both retail at the same price. Is there any chance I can do this?" I then pointed to my two girls and added "We have daughters you see and they are not really into football."

The assistant (young lad) spoke to the other assistant (older lady) and said "I can't see a problem with that, can you?" and they did the swop.

Yeaaa...... Love the Mario Cart, apart from the fact the OH keeps beating me.

Now I want a Fit board.
