Wii Console With FIFA 09 & Mario Kart for £179.99 at Blockbusters

Hello everyone,

When trading in, I always tend to go to www.cex.co.uk and check the trade-in price, print off the page and take it down to my local GameStation and they price match the CeX price + £1.

So I ended up getting £84 store credit for my Wii Fit, bought for £60 new!

GameStation will always pricematch if there is a CeX store within 10 miles from their shop.

So, you could get £26 for FIFA 09 in Gamestation with this link: http://www.cex.co.uk/products/Gaming/Console%20Gaming/Wii%20Software/index.php?sku=5030930067274&name=Fifa%2009&mode=buy

When you take the print-out to Gamestation though, make sure you do the print-out the same day as going to GameStation otherwise they might not price match it.

I went to the BB at Ilkeston, Derbyshire. The guy there said the offer was only for the weekend. He wasn't too keen to swap Fifa 09 at first as we weren't members but when we said we had seen the Wii & Wii play on offer at Argos he was more than happy to do a straight swap without us joining up. :T

I think it just depends on how busy the store is & how many they've sold but a fantastic deal so well worth a try. Good luck!!

just bagged this in the harpenden branch.
just so happened to be the exact two games my boys
wanted for christmas.
got the wii fit from game for £70 a few weeks back too.
just after a cheap wii play now.
never thought of trying blockbuster..........cheers again

Yes, just been and got this deal from BB in Saffron Walden.
I didn't want the Fifa game but it still worked out cheaper to get this deal.
They did say I can go back and get a £25 credit on the Fifa game, so i'll be doing that in the next couple of days.

Bought the Blockbuster deal last night in Edinburgh.

They offered me £13 as a trade in for Fifa, not £22 mentioned above.

Is it random what they offer you?

I was offered £13 cash and £22 credit, you can use the credit to offset another game at Blockbusters.
