Which savings account??

Hi, My children's grandparents (I'm divorced) live in Spain, as my eldest is turning 14 soon they have been told they can no longer keep a savings account in her name. They want me to open an account here for her. There's 2000 € to invest somewhere (preferably where she cannot get it). I can't find much out about children's accounts - loads on the new trust funds but my kids are too old for that to be of use. I have a similar amount to invest for the 9 year old too. Anyone know of a good account I could open?
