Gas and Electricity Tracker Deals

Does anyone have any experience with a Tracker Rate on G and E where your price rate tracks the wholesale rates for both powers? Obviously the advantage would come when prices go down, but how long does the utility provider take to alter their prices?

    Is this the British Gas Dual Fuel Market Tracker plan you are referring to?

    If so, prices are reviewed quarterly.
