Trying to find replacement tiles

I need to replace a few broken tiles on the floor of my conservatory. They are terracotta and octagonal, approx 195mm by 195mm and 17mm deep. They were put in by the previous owner, and trying to find replacements is like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Does anyone know of a large chain of tile shops that could possibly help with this, or perhaps a local specialist with a wide stock that might be prepared to send a box to the south east ?

Failing this, could I even have some made to order ?

Have you tried contacting the previous owner to ask where they got them from?

the days of a tile design lasting/selling for yrs are long gone.
they seem to change design every other month. its very hard to find replacements for any tile after a few yrs.
best bet is make good with say colored cement. mix the color yourself with trial and error. or buy any shaped tile of the right color and cut it to suit/patch the broken area.

there are places where they make tiles to order. beware they are very expensive!

when tiling, peeps should always buy extra tiles and keep them in the cellar/loft for future breakages.

The previous owner emigrated I believe !

In that case can anyone suggest a chain of tile shops with a particularly large range ?
