I am now in danger zone.
missing something like this would previously have made me go out and buy something for twice the money to make myself feel better. I am not going to do that today.
instead I am going to go onto the Argos website and order new blinds. (They are cheaper that the tickets) I currently have curtains stapled to the wall above my windows...

with the rest of the money, buy yourself something nice even if its a huge bar of choc, or a bunch of flowers, congratulate yourself for thinking about the money and being sensible.
Or get some nice socks!!!!!! Well done.xxTotal debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

on Tuesday night I was told I was tight-fisted with my money, by my OH (who likes to haemorrage it...).
I think finding a balance again is needed.
also, buying something nice for me flat (which makes me less embarrased when people come to visit) is something for me really. and my window will thank me. it's a win/win!:hello: - Proud to be dealing with my debts!:j DFW nerd No. 1011!

How annoying the tickets selling out:mad: You could try and sidestep the danger zone, you'll feel really smug about it later
Just don't beat yourself up about it and spend more than you would have! You have to confess here, you know, just like the rest of us...
Still breathing like a goldfish, gosh I miss my nostrils....Still feel grotty, actually, have only been up half an hour
finally fell asleep at 5, you know the routine!
Won't be able to ride like this, I'd like to think horse will miss me, but he does share a field with 4 mares, who vie for his attention, guess not then :rotfl:
Today I will- make a loaf
- sort out spreadsheet - today's payday:j
- pay off a lump sum from tesco cc to cover car repairs
- twinkle rather than sparkle
- pay horse dentist bill £15, thinking of having him look after my teeth! much cheaper than a human dentist, don't fancy the gag much though...

I'm with you on sold out tickets KTJazz, I SO wanted tickets to see Mr Tenant in Hamlet, and the web-site collapsed as soon as it opened. They're now for sale at up to £950 EACH

But it's Friday _party_ , and it's payday _party_ and the children are all home this weekend :j _party_
So today I have/will:- brought in lunch. It's more of the mystery soup (which doesn't taste very nice
), with the last of my HM cheese & chilli loaf (a bit stale, a hint of fur developing, but hey it's not costing me money) and I've bought chunky KitKats from Lidl at 20p each, instead of 50p from the vending machine. (It's no economy pretending I can manage without a daily dose of chocolate
) - Mystery shop tonight with a good supper
and time with a mate
- did some surveys - and didn't get screened out
