We won at 2am, phone call followed the next day about 12pm and voucher came two or three days later in the post.

It said to leave 28 days for arrival and I assume that means 28 days from their receipt of the voucher.

Give them a call - they should be helpful, no reason for them not to be

Might need folks to confirm but isn't it on the click of the 3rd box that you get a shaking box which lets you know if you've won or not? I don't continue playing after that!
