I had a phone call a couple of weeks back have not had anything in the mail.

it can take up to 28 days for delivery.

We got a voucher through within a couple of days of the phone call. Had to send it off the Active Consultancy Ltd and they will send us the Wii.

I'd assumed that Cadbury's had a big warehouse full of Wii's but instead they seem to go through an intermediary, which makes more sense

I got a form to fill in along with a voucher to send back. It said on the form can take 28 days to arrive.

Do you think I should contact them?
