Did you definitely type your email address in correctly? Our winning emails have always comethrough immediately (although these were just for chocolate). Did it ask you to fill in all your details when it said you'd won? If so, I'd say theres nothing to worry about and it will just turn up.

yep, it said I will receive a phone call within 7 days so hopefully I'll receive that and that will be the end of it

I saved the page but the link is now broken!
My email and everything were correct though Im sure as I use a form filler and have had email confirmations from other competitions.
Will I have to have that code to claim?

I'm sure it will be fine - they will probably contact you at the start of the week. Next time if you win on an online instant comp like this you should save a screen shot of the winning page (as http links can expire). - all you need to do is 'print screen' and paste into word.
