That happened to me when I decided I wanted the win confirmation to go to a different email address.

It appears the details on the claim form have to match the details you used to enter the competition so maybe your email address was slightly wrong on the claim form?

After being told I wasn't a winner I changed the email address back to the one I used to enter the comp and the claim went through.

For both of my wins I used 7247 Fruit & Nut code.
I have played everyday using all the codes on Page 1 but that was the only one that worked for me.
