I just won again but by text! I was gonna put my DH's name but I cant get onto the web add that they gave me to receive prize. Anyone else who has won by text have they got their confirmation?

Update... I replied to their text to explain I could not get on web page then they texted back to say thanks, we will send your prize out soon! Had to text back with my address but no reply after that so I don't know if I will get this prize too1 Oh well... that's what I get for being greedy1

I did notice a consumer helpline on conditions of terms page and it also states that...should site crash during a game, they still have your details that you enter at the beginning so I assume if you win a biggie then they will email you.

This is driving me nuts..ever tried doing this game with a naff mousemat and wayward mouse? Mouse steers in opposite direction to where I want to go! Grr, talk about steam coming out of ears lol!

Aww, don't give up! If we 'technical glitch' winners don't get our prizes after a month or so, it'll be much more effective if we chase them up en masse.
