  • I won via text today, so I tried to enter my details on-line to redeem the win and it came up with "Oops! Technical glitch" so I went back and tried again, and it said that the prize had already been claimed for my mobile number! :( I hope it's gone through, was excited about the choccies lol! xxx

    Also, it's kind of good in a way if you don't win a box of choccie bars. Because you're still in a chance with getting a bigger prize like a Wii.

    I won some chocs by text too (thanks cheznal :) ) and the same thing happened to me, a few days ago. I wondered if it was just something to do with my computer but now I'm not sure. I can't decide if it's worth ringing the careline about it...? :confused: Did you get a confirmation email? I did, so I was just going to sit tight for 28 days and hope they turned up.
