I am confused! Never won, but today when I entered it said 'congratulations' and that I could not enter because they had to be fair to everybody.

yeah it happened to me before, took me 3 weeks to work out what to do. You have to get through to the claim form, i will link it at the bottom but doubt it will work, as it keeps coming up with an error.

Once you are on the claim form, change the email address to the one that it says has won, fill in the rest of the details and then sit back and await your prize. :beer:
