    The encouragement of kind people on here has encouraged me to pursue my holiday win on this comp. I have phoned several times and now I have been promised that the PR company responsible are looking into it. I am not too hopeful but at least I will not blame myself for not exploring every avenue. At least now I am not sad about it and once again I am taking pleasure in all the smaller wins.;)
