You should just get a confirmation email saying it will be delivered in 28 days. Then just wait. You dont need a confirmation email, even though you should get one.
You need to fill out your detail once you win, it should say claim prize.
Then they should call within a few days, hope this helps.Ask.. Believe.. Receive..
